UnitedLayer is hiring a Use Case Engineer – DevOps to design, develop, and implement real-world use cases that demonstrate the power of its cloud platform. This role requires working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and customer success teams to deliver cutting-edge automation workflows and deployment templates.

• Design and implement automation, monitoring, and governance use cases for multi-cloud platforms
• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for deployments across AWS, Azure, GCP, and private clouds
• Create cloud-native architectures using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate use cases into demos and real-world solutions
• Ensure adherence to cloud security best practices
• Optimize performance and cost using automated governance policies
• Author technical documentation and internal knowledge base materials
• Stay current on DevOps trends and emerging cloud technologies

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in DevOps, cloud automation, and IaC
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud environments
• Proficient with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Skilled in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and containerized deployments
• Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Solid understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance
• Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI
