Support Engineer – Amazon Compliance & Automation Team (Hyderabad)

Requirements
- Manage support operations for EPR report publication and remittance declarations
- Troubleshoot data pipelines and tech stack involving SQL, Cradle, Quicksight, AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch)
- Automate monthly cycles and reduce manual effort with scripting and tool development
- Collaborate with PMs, SDMs, and global stakeholders to build metrics dashboards
- Own the monitoring, debugging, and resolution of production issues
- Maintain and improve system health, uptime, and alerting mechanisms
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in software development or technical support
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging experience in technical systems
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
- Hands-on experience with scripting in Python, Shell, or modern languages
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of RESTful web services, distributed systems, and web application architecture
- Familiarity with hardware/software RAID and storage configurations
- Proficiency with XML, JSON, and API interaction
- Exposure to Amazon internal tools like Ratchit or Cradle is a plus
