SourceFuse Hiring DevOps Engineer – Gurgaon, India

• Act as Incident Commander and lead resolution efforts for major incidents
• Conduct root cause analysis using logs, tools, and documentation
• Identify gaps in monitoring and develop tools to enhance visibility
• Maintain documentation to reduce resolution times
• Handle impact assessments and escalate platform-wide issues as needed
• Own Terraform configurations, CI/CD pipelines, and Helm charts
• Manage Kubernetes maintenance and containerized apps (min. 3 years)
• Work hands-on with AWS Services, Linux systems, and scripting

Technical Skills Needed

• Terraform (must-have)
• Python (automation and scripting)
• Kubernetes (CLI, Helm, service re-provisioning)
• Monitoring tools: Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus
• Cloud: Strong AWS experience
• Scripting: Python, TypeScript, Bash
• Solid grasp of system performance, load balancers, app servers, and Linux troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, IT, or related field
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with Incident/Change/Problem Management best practices
• Self-driven, fast learner, and team player
