Requirements

Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure to ensure system reliability.

Act as the first line of defense for cloud-related incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.

Automate manual processes to scale infrastructure management across thousands of machines.
Drive incident response and on-call support as needed.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Operations, or related roles.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience in cloud infrastructure management using tools like Puppet, Terraform, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in distributed systems.
Passion for automation, monitoring, and improving operational efficiency.
Data-driven mindset—proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users.
Willingness to provide on-call support and handle incident management.
