Job Description
Zapier is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This role is perfect for professionals with a strong background in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevOps. As a key part of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and managing scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, improving system reliability, and implementing automation to enhance performance. Requirements
- Design and deploy scalable, secure AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Helm
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS) and serverless functions (Lambda)
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance infrastructure reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve infrastructure challenges
- Develop internal tools to improve application performance and reliability
- Participate in incident response and ensure system resilience
- Contribute to performance tuning and cost optimization efforts
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, site reliability, or DevOps
- Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar programming languages
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and automation tools
- Understanding of observability, logging, and monitoring best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment
Salary
- ₹5.1M – ₹6.6M per year (Competitive pay with performance-based growth)
