Senior DevOps Engineer | ShyftLabs

ShyftLabs is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their on-site team in Noida. In this role, you’ll work closely with application developers to automate and accelerate the deployment pipeline, while ensuring high system uptime and availability. You’ll help design and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and development environments, using industry best practices. ShyftLabs, a data product company working with Fortune 500 clients, emphasizes innovation and business value creation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Shell)
• Experience with AWS (AWS certification is a plus)
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes
• Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Familiarity with config management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
• Knowledge of networking and security best practices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
