As a Security Support Engineer I, you will assist in the deployment, integration, and management of cybersecurity services, gaining hands-on experience in network security, web application protection, and cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-4 years in system integration, customer support, or web operations (internships and academic projects count).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (CDNs, load balancers, Web Application Firewalls).
- Exposure to cybersecurity solutions or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Basic knowledge of Python, Terraform, or scripting.
- Understanding of containerization (Kubernetes experience is a plus).
- Experience with networking equipment like BIG-IP or iRules is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Assist in deploying and integrating enterprise security solutions.
- Perform website analysis, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Act as a technical advisor for customers during service deployment.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve service-related issues.
- Document configurations, processes, and solutions.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance cybersecurity skills.
