Role Overview

Keyloop is seeking a skilled and proactive Network Engineer to join their 24/7 Operations Center. This role involves providing first and second-line network technical support, ensuring the delivery of technical projects, and supporting network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cisco, Meraki, wireless solutions, security, routing, and switching technologies.

• Deliver technical projects and implementations related to network infrastructure.
• Maximize network performance by troubleshooting and resolving network issues and outages.
• Schedule network upgrades and collaborate with network architects to optimize performance.
• Ensure the security of network systems and firewall environments by enforcing network policies.
• Process and resolve networking incidents and problems according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support network solutions involving Cisco, Meraki, wireless, security, routing, and switching.
• Contribute to network performance improvements and implement optimization strategies.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Cisco CCNA certification (CCNP preferred, but not mandatory) or equivalent experience.
• Practical knowledge of Cisco technologies including Wireless, ASA, switches, routers, and ACS.
• Proficiency in BGP/MPLS, DMVPN, and IPSEC.
• Experience in securing network systems and implementing firewall policies.
• Experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds and NetFlow.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work effectively in a team environment.

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of additional networking solutions, such as SDWAN, Cisco IPSEC VPN, FlexVPN, Zscaler, BIG-IP F5, DNS, FortiGate firewalls, Cisco ISE, and RSA Security Console.
• Previous experience in a 24/7 Infrastructure Operations environment.

Additional Information

• Shift: Required presence during all shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of the 24/7 Operations Center.
• Office Transport: Provided for all shifts.
