Hiring: System Administrator at Infor | Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

Infor is looking for a System Administrator to join the EUX Technology teams, ensuring workstations remain up-to-date using BigFix management and Jamf for MacOS. This role involves working as part of the global Software Deployment team, collaborating with colleagues across the US, Poland, and other regions. The position offers flexibility in planning tasks while focusing on software deployment, system administration, and scripting.

• Manage software deployment and packaging using BigFix and Jamf for MacOS.
• Administer Windows OSD, Intune, Autopilot, and CloudPCs.
• Collaborate with business partners and other IT teams.
• Develop and maintain scripts using Bash and PowerShell.
• Provide third-line support for Windows and MacOS clients.
• Handle MacOS and Windows OS updates and new features.

Basic Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply solutions efficiently.
• Technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and scripting tools such as Bash and BigFix relevance scripting.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with self-motivation and proactive communication.
