Hiring: System Administrator | Applogiq | Coimbatore

Applogiq is looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn fresher for the position of System Administrator. This role offers hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management, server administration, networking, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless business operations.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and minimize downtime
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity
• Support and troubleshoot internal networks, including LAN and WAN
• Provide technical support and resolve system-related user queries
• Configure and maintain servers, desktops, laptops, and other IT devices
• Assist in system updates, security patches, and configurations
• Document system setups, processes, and troubleshooting steps
• Work with senior administrators to implement IT projects
• Conduct security audits and implement necessary security measures
• Assist in network setup, including routers, switches, and firewalls
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls

Qualifications & Skills

• Any degree (preferably in Computer Science, IT, or related field)
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems
• Understanding of networking concepts like IP addressing, DNS, and DHCP
• Familiarity with hardware components and system setup
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
