Hiring: Support Engineer | Amazon | Hyderabad

• Work closely with tech and non-tech stakeholders to ensure seamless and timely publication of EPR Reports and EPR Remit declarations for EU Sellers
• Utilize Amazon’s tools and technologies like Cradle, SQL, Ratchit, Quicksight, AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch for data processing and monitoring
• Automate manual processes related to monthly cycles and drive operational efficiency
• Own discussions with PMT and other stakeholders to generate and maintain key metrics
• Collaborate with Software Development Managers (SDMs) to build scripts and tools for test infrastructure and troubleshooting
• Maintain and monitor pipelines, ensuring stability and efficiency
• Drive support engineering initiatives, focusing on process automation and continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support
• Strong experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments
• Experience in scripting using modern programming languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
• Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining hardware and software RAID configurations
• Hands-on experience with RESTful web services, XML, and JSON
