Hiring DevOps Engineer Trainee

Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of DevOps concepts and practices.

• Assist in the development, deployment, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement DevOps best practices
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support
• Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and technologies such as ECS or Kubernetes
• Participate in routine system tasks including updates, security checks, and backups
• Document infrastructure processes, configurations, and operational procedures
• Contribute to the automation of infrastructure using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Continuously explore and apply new DevOps tools, technologies, and methodologies

Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Understanding of containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Exposure to cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Basic networking and system administration knowledge
• Experience using version control systems like Git

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Experience
