- Onboard applications onto DevOps tools and configure them as per requirements
- Build and customize DevOps tools as per client needs
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely support
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize system performance
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of tickets
- Follow escalation processes for complex issues
Performance Metrics
- Ensure error-free onboarding and implementation of applications
- Provide timely customer resolution as per defined turnaround times
- Maintain zero escalations by proactively addressing concerns
