Hiring: DevOps Engineer I – Candescent

• Monitor and support multiple business units, including retail, digital banking, and payment platforms
• Provide 24/7/365 first- and second-line support, including incident management and customer-facing interactions
• Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), development teams, and management to resolve issues
• Gain hands-on experience with Linux, Windows, cloud technologies, and various banking platforms
• Handle incident management and troubleshooting, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Work in a fast-paced environment that supports large-scale banking operations
