As a Cloud DevOps Engineer, the primary responsibilities include developing and operating cloud solutions to accelerate Continental’s cloud journey.

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and GitOps workflows for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud architecture solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and delivery of cloud-based applications.
• Develop and operate shared services using declarative configuration management.
• Manage application deployments on Kubernetes.
• Act as a technical role model by sharing cloud expertise and publishing technical documentation.

Requirements

• Academic degree in computer science, a related technical field, or an equivalent qualification.
• General knowledge of cloud platforms, including architecture, services, networking, and security models.
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform).
• Proficiency in CI/CD processes, pipelines, and automation frameworks.
• Advanced programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, TypeScript).
• Experience with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps.
• Strong technical documentation skills for incident tracking and knowledge management.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
