DevSecOps Support Engineer (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CKA certified)

Aqua Security is seeking a DevSecOps Support Engineer to support their cutting-edge cloud security platform. The role focuses on providing expert post-sales technical support to customers, reproducing product issues, and ensuring successful implementations. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality support for enterprise cloud-native security solutions.

• Deliver technical support to SaaS users in cloud environments
• Reproduce and document product bugs and collaborate with engineering for resolution
• Assist customers via calls/screenshare and guide them through issue resolution
• Interpret logs and technical data to troubleshoot effectively
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation and communication
• Work flexible hours, including overnight shifts (US time zone preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–2 years of support experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Fluent in English with excellent technical writing and communication skills
• Experience with Linux system administration and networking (TCP/IP, DNS)
• Ability to analyze logs, debug databases, and perform root cause analysis
• Degree in CS, IT, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• CKA certification
• Security product support experience
• Scripting knowledge to demonstrate product features or bugs
