DevOps Engineer | Thoughtwin Hiring

• Build and set up development tools and infrastructure
• Automate and improve software development and release processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and communicate requirements effectively
• Test and analyze code to maintain system efficiency and security
• Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats
• Troubleshoot production issues and develop software updates and fixes
• Work closely with software developers to ensure best practices in DevOps implementation
• Identify and resolve technical issues to enhance system performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role
• Expertise in Ruby or Python for automation and scripting
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, and infrastructure management
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet)
• Proficiency in monitoring tools and security best practices
• Strong project planning and decision-making skills
