Description
They are looking for a SAP FI/CO DevOps Engineer to join their Global SAP Support Team. The role involves functional support, system optimization, and troubleshooting within the SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules. The engineer will work with a global team to enhance system performance and resolve technical challenges, ensuring seamless financial operations across the organization.
Requirements
- Provide day-to-day support for SAP FI/CO users, resolving incidents, system issues, and queries.
- Ensure SLAs are met by addressing problems efficiently and effectively.
- Assist in configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SAP FI/CO modules.
- Monitor system performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP FI/CO issues, including integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PS).
- Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Train and guide end-users on SAP FI/CO functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Develop user documentation and knowledge-sharing materials.
Requirements
- Experience in SAP FI/CO with a strong understanding of business processes.
- Knowledge of S4HANA and FIORI.
- Familiarity with SAP integration technologies like ALE or WS.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage workload effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced English proficiency for global team collaboration.
