DevOps Engineer role at Synopsys

• Automate infrastructure and CI/CD workflows using Jenkins and Self-Service Portals
• Design and maintain development/test environments
• Monitor infrastructure performance, ensuring uptime and SLA adherence
• Provide support for customer-facing systems with near 100% uptime
• Write and maintain documentation (FAQs, handbooks, technical guides)
• Collaborate with teams to improve system reliability and automation

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OS fundamentals
• Proficient in C, C++, PERL, and Python
• Comfortable working in Unix-based systems
• Experience with Jenkins and infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with source control tools: Git, GitHub, Perforce
• Problem-solving mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
