Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a key member of the DevSecOps team, responsible for managing enterprise build and release engineering solutions. This role involves designing and implementing automation, maintaining DevOps tools, optimizing CI/CD processes, and ensuring the security and efficiency of application deployments.

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions to support DevSecOps needs
• Develop reusable patterns for CI/CD pipelines
• Automate systems integration across different build platforms
• Collaborate with application teams to optimize build automation
• Document and share best practices in DevOps

DevSecOps Tools & Administration

• Maintain uptime and performance of CI/CD tools
• Develop automation scripts for efficiency and faster deployments
• Proactively identify and address gaps in the DevOps pipeline
• Monitor cloud resources and ensure security best practices

Troubleshooting & Incident Management

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to DevSecOps tools and automation
• Participate in incident management and collaborate in root cause analysis
• Ensure all tracking tools are updated with incident resolution data

Documentation & Best Practices

• Conduct developer forums to educate teams on best practices
• Introduce new features and process improvements in DevOps workflows
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for CI/CD processes and automation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in DevOps or technology operations
• Strong CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Blackduck, SonarQube, Artifactory
• Strong knowledge of Python, Shell, or Groovy scripting
• Cloud resource monitoring expertise
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS certifications and hands-on AWS experience
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent
• Knowledge of performance testing tools
• Understanding of Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus
