DevOps Engineer - Amazon Fulfillment Technologies

The Amazon Fulfillment Technologies team in India is seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage mission-critical services. This role involves innovation, automation, service improvements, and managing highly available systems that support Amazon’s fulfillment network globally.

• Manage and support mission-critical services ensuring high availability
• Automate processes and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with business teams, project managers, and software engineers
• Drive small development projects and build custom tools

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software development or technical support
• Experience in scripting using modern programming languages
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of web services, distributed systems, and web application development
• Experience with hardware & software RAID troubleshooting and maintenance
• Familiarity with REST web services, XML, JSON
