DevOps Engineer

Toolyt is looking for a DevOps Engineer to help build functional systems that enhance the customer experience. The role involves deploying product updates, troubleshooting production issues, and implementing integrations that meet customer requirements. Candidates with a strong software engineering background and proficiency in Ruby or Python are encouraged to apply.

The ideal candidate will execute and automate operational processes efficiently, accurately, and securely.

• Implement integrations requested by customers.
• Deploy updates and fixes.
• Provide Level 2 technical support.
• Build tools to minimize errors and enhance customer experience.
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.
• Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Develop scripts to automate visualization.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby or Python.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
