Cloud DevOps – Operations Support (AWS) | Telangana, India

Join a dynamic cloud infrastructure team focused on modernizing data centers and driving continuous service improvements. We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Operations Support Engineer with deep expertise in AWS, VMware, and Hybrid Cloud environments. If you have hands-on experience in implementing, migrating, and supporting cloud infrastructure across Linux, Windows, Solaris, and backup systems—this role is for you!

• Design and implement hybrid cloud solutions using AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware technologies
• Drive data center modernization projects and continuous infrastructure improvements
• Deploy, migrate, and manage physical/virtual servers, including ESXi, vSAN, NSX, vCenter
• Support Unix/Linux/Windows/Solaris systems and manage backup tools like EMC, NetApp, Rubrik
• Create and maintain standard operating environments (SOE) with patch compliance
• Perform RCA, log analysis, monthly reporting, and DR testing
• Build automation templates and technical artifacts to support cloud adoption
• Collaborate across global teams and act as the L2/L3 support SPOC
• Implement data backup strategies (AWS Glacier, Azure Archive, Snowball)
• Ensure service uptime, compliance with SLAs, and ITIL-based incident handling

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Extensive experience in Data Center management and IT transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of VMware suite (vSphere, NSX-T, HCX, vRNI), physical/virtual server management
• Experience with hybrid cloud solutions on AWS, Azure, GCP
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux/iSeries/Solaris operating systems
• Understanding of public cloud models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Exposure to ITSM tools like ServiceNow
• Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills

• VCP, VTCA certifications
• AWS SysOps Administrator
• VCAP, VCDX certifications
• Experience in storage & backup strategy design and monitoring
