Atlassian Support Engineer

Sinch, a global leader in Communication Platforms as a Service (CPaaS), is looking for an Atlassian Support Engineer to provide essential support for Jira and Confluence. This role involves handling incident and request-related support issues while serving as an escalation point for complex cases.

• Administer and support Jira and Confluence (Data Center and Cloud).
• Handle first-line support issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions efficiently.
• Create and manage documentation in Confluence, including user guides and troubleshooting steps.
• Configure and troubleshoot Jira automations and workflows.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 Administration for integration with Atlassian tools.
• Support cloud-based services such as Azure and integrations with Atlassian tools.
• Work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with teams effectively.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Jira and Confluence administration.
• Hands-on knowledge in configuration, user management, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze technical issues.
• Experience in creating and managing documentation for end users.
• Familiarity with Jira automation rules and workflows.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
