Are you a seasoned DevOps professional passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, and driving operational excellence? Join Assurant-GCC in shaping the future of our CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and infrastructure strategy for the NZ Auto tech stack

• Automate environment setup and configuration across dev to production
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and test automation
• Support and maintain observability, monitoring, and deployment tooling
• Develop reusable infrastructure code and self-service solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve DevOps maturity
• Lead knowledge sharing and training sessions within the team

You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
• Strong background in Windows + Linux, scripting (PowerShell, Python, YAML), and Azure Cloud
• Proficiency in tools like GitHub Actions, ADO, Dynatrace, NewRelic, Azure Monitor
• Experience with development tools: C#, Node.js, SQL
• Strong CI/CD knowledge and a problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
