Associate, DevOps Engineer, SRE (WD73400)

Group Technology and Operations (T&O) empowers the bank with efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure, focusing on productivity, quality, control, innovation, and people capability. T&O manages the bank's core operations and aims to deliver a seamless experience across banking channels.

• Implement and maintain DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices to ensure performance, security, and availability of banking applications and infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployment, and testing using CI/CD tools like Bitbucket and Grafana
• Monitor applications and infrastructure using tools such as the ELK stack, and proactively resolve issues to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction
• Optimize application performance and manage capacity through data-driven analysis using PostgreSQL and SQL
• Collaborate with development teams to enforce coding best practices and develop automation scripts using Python and Groovy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or similar engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, ELK stack)
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Python, and Groovy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid experience with Linux systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
