Associate DevOps Engineer

• Manage and support IT hybrid environments, including on-premises private cloud and cloud services like Microsoft365 and AWS.
• Work with Microsoft products, infrastructure, security, and governance.
• Handle VMware virtualization, MS-SQL, and PowerShell scripting.
• Implement ITIL processes and ITSM tooling (such as ServiceNow).
• Utilize Azure DevOps tools for CI/CD pipeline automation.
• Work on infrastructure automation using Terraform.
• Manage containerized environments with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Monitor and manage IT capacity using modern tools and techniques.

Requirements

• Experience in IT hybrid cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell.
• Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (European and EST time zones).
