3Pillar Hiring System Administrator – Noida (On-site)

Join the Information and Business Systems team to support a broad IT infrastructure, manage systems, support employees, and ensure high system reliability and security. You’ll work with Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms while handling both hardware and software tasks.

• Manage systems and user accounts
• Troubleshoot L1 and L2 issues related to network, servers, desktops, and printers
• Build and image systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms
• Support AV communication and collaboration tools
• Manage software and hardware inventory
• Handle IT onboarding and offboarding processes
• Ensure system and data security compliance with internal policies
• Maintain and document systems, specifications, and procedures
• Escalate and follow up on unresolved issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with Windows 10, 11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 or Linux servers
• Solid understanding of networking: routing, switching, protocols (TCP/UDP, DNS, HTTP, SMTP, LDAP), and network security (IDS/IPS, VPN, VLANs)
• Proficient in configuring and maintaining Unix/Linux, Microsoft environments
• Experience supporting Office tools (Microsoft Office, G Suite), Atlassian stack, Windows services (DNS, DHCP, AD, NPS)
• Knowledge of AV collaboration systems and tools
• Familiarity with database theory, data backup, and recovery
• Strong grasp of system and network security concepts
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
