Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing:

  • Review doctor prescriptions, insurance details, and medical documentation.
  • Create and verify order requests based on submitted documents.

• Document Validation:

  • Ensure all necessary documents are accurate and complete.

• Follow-up on Insufficient Documentation:

  • Identify missing or incomplete documents and request additional information.
