As a Technical Consulting Engineer, you'll help support a platform that enables seamless digital interactions across 60+ countries, trusted by blue-chip enterprises.

• Maintain and support large-scale cloud platforms and Linux-based systems
• Resolve technical issues across AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes environments
• Deploy code across Dev/QA/Staging environments with minimal downtime
• Manage monitoring, logging, and incident response with tools like ELK, Prometheus, Grafana
• Script automation tasks in Python, and manage DBs like MySQL and MongoDB
• Collaborate across DevOps, IT, and SRE teams in a ServiceNow/JIRA workflow
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and proactive problem-solving
• Mentor junior engineers and document best practices

Required Skills

• Linux Server Administration & Scripting
• AWS & Azure Cloud Technologies
• Kubernetes Deployment and Security
• MySQL, MongoDB Database Management
• Jenkins, GitHub, CI/CD Workflows
• ELK Stack, Kafka, DNS, SMTP, SMPP
• Python scripting for automation
• Working knowledge of containerized applications
• Familiarity with SMS, MMS, and RCS protocols (bonus)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years in a similar cloud-based technical support/DevOps role
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
