As part of this mission, the Integration Support team ensures seamless connectivity between Amazon Business and enterprise eProcurement systems.

As a Support Engineer – Global Integrations, you’ll be the technical backbone assisting Amazon’s largest business clients across EU and APAC, providing top-tier support for complex system integrations. You'll work at the crossroads of cloud APIs, enterprise software, customer relationships, and product innovation.

• Support enterprise customers in managing complex integrations and API-based procurement systems
• Troubleshoot REST APIs, Single Sign-On, and ERP/eProcurement integration issues
• Independently manage and resolve high-severity incidents
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for Amazon Business customers and partners
• Translate customer needs into actionable improvements for engineering and product teams
• Lead business case development for new tools, features, or process enhancements
• Bridge communication between external developers and internal Amazon Business teams
• Develop scripts and automation for faster incident resolution
• Advocate for improved customer experience through data-driven decision making
• Own strategic technical projects across geographies

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or software development
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug modern systems and web-based integrations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML
• Exposure to distributed systems, web services, and cloud environments
• Understanding of RAID configuration and maintenance
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional global teams
• Experience with ERP or eProcurement platforms
