Spintly is hiring Junior DevOps Engineer

Spintly is seeking a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to support automation, deployment, and monitoring efforts. This role is ideal for candidates early in their DevOps journey, looking to gain hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices. You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance system reliability and deployment efficiency

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Support configuration, deployment, and monitoring of cloud-based infrastructure
• Help manage containerized applications using Docker and orchestration tools
• Participate in troubleshooting across development, test, and production environments
• Monitor system performance and assist with alerts and incident response
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve deployment processes
• Document processes, configurations, and procedures

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in DevOps, System Administration, or a related role
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also considered)
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Familiarity with Linux-based systems and basic shell scripting
• Understanding of version control systems like Git
• Knowledge of containers (Docker) and interest in learning Kubernetes
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the DevOps field
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or equivalent entry-level certification
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, ELK stack)
