SentinelOne is hiring Staff Site Reliability Engineer – India (Remote/Hybrid)

SentinelOne is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join the Core SRE team responsible for maintaining and scaling the reliability of the Singularity Platform — a large-scale, multi-cloud SaaS cybersecurity service. This is a high-impact role focused on automation, observability, deployment architecture, and platform operations across global environments including air-gapped and on-prem systems.

You will work on critical infrastructure projects like logging pipeline modernization and toil reduction while contributing to strategic engineering decisions and service delivery excellence

• Lead deployment architecture and operations for multi-cloud and on-prem environments.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce toil.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and platform observability.
• Support air-gapped Kubernetes-based deployments.
• Drive post-incident analysis and service reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align infrastructure with product goals.
• Contribute to secure, scalable infrastructure practices with a focus on cost-efficiency.
• Stay updated on SRE trends and continuously optimize operational practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in running SRE/operations for large-scale SaaS platforms.
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes; experience with tools like Rancher, Platform9 is a plus.
• Experience with air-gapped deployments and hybrid environments.
• Proficient with Kafka, Redis, and IaaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, deployment strategies (blue-green, canary), and tools like Spinnaker.
• Awareness of SecOps and compliance in production environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with tools such as TensorFlow, Caffe, NumPy, DVC, and other SRE-related toolchains.
• Prior experience building or scaling platforms in cybersecurity or similar high-reliability industries.
