Senior DevOps Engineer | Upland Software | Bangalore (Remote/Hybrid)

Join Upland Software, a global leader in digital transformation solutions, as a Senior DevOps Engineer in the Cloud Operations Team. You’ll manage mission-critical cloud applications and lead automation, observability, and infrastructure as code (IaC) efforts in a fast-paced, SaaS-driven environment. Ideal for DevOps professionals with deep AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform experience.

• Manage and monitor large-scale cloud infrastructure in production (24x7 SaaS).
• Automate manual operations using scripts, Lambda, or infrastructure tools.
• Build, configure, and administer Linux and Windows environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.
• Handle EKS/Kubernetes, ECS, and Docker deployments.
• Implement and manage observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, PagerDuty).
• Support on-call operations and respond to incidents promptly.
• Ensure system security using AWS IAM, KMS, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
• Participate in change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Collaborate with product teams on architectural and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of industry experience in DevOps, cloud, and automation.
• Strong command of AWS (networking, security, cost optimization).
• Hands-on with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, and ECS.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions.
• Deep knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
• Proficient in scripting with Python, Bash, Go, or PowerShell.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under remote supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
