RunOps Support – Platform and Infra role at micro1

Join the Platform and Infra team to support daily operations of large-scale, cloud-native distributed infrastructure. Focus on ensuring uptime, managing deployments, and resolving production issues across services including AWS, Kubernetes, Databricks, GitLab, and Flask-based APIs.

• Monitor & maintain infrastructure for high availability
• Automate CI/CD using GitLab pipelines
• Collaborate with SRE & engineering teams on incident response & RCA
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and container lifecycles
• Debug and support Flask REST APIs in production
• Maintain operational runbooks and documentation
• Participate in on-call rotations (mid/lead level)
• Drive automation and scalability improvements (lead level)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong AWS hands-on experience in production
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and Helm
• Experience with Databricks in live environments
• Proficient in GitLab CI/CD and version control
• Experience in debugging Flask APIs
• Strong troubleshooting, monitoring & alerting capabilities
• Excellent communication & documentation skills
