As a Principal DevOps Engineer, you’ll drive infrastructure strategy, lead cloud transformation, and shape CI/CD architecture for large-scale, enterprise-grade systems. • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform): Lead scalable, secure infrastructure design and mentor teams in IaC best practices.
• CI/CD Architecture: Own CI/CD strategy across teams; build reliable, automated delivery pipelines.
• Cloud Leadership: Architect resilient, multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Observability & SRE: Implement monitoring with tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog.
• Security & Compliance: Integrate SOC2, FedRAMP, and ISO standards into infrastructure.
• Mentorship & Documentation: Guide teams, document systems, and drive technical excellence.
• Performance & RCA: Lead critical incident resolution and proactive infrastructure tuning.

Requirements

• 10+ years in DevOps/SRE roles, 3+ years at Principal/leadership level.
• Expertise in Terraform and other IaC tools for large-scale deployments.
• Proven experience with CI/CD systems and automation.
• Strong scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on with Kubernetes (EKS preferred).
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Track record of driving observability and reliability across systems.
• Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.
