Nextracker is looking for a highly skilled Staff DevOps Engineer to lead the design, automation, and security of its Azure-based infrastructure supporting embedded device image creation and application builds. This role demands strong Azure expertise, CI/CD pipeline development, and secure key management for device-level operations.

• Design, maintain, and optimize Azure infrastructure for embedded image creation and app development
• Implement best practices for provisioning, monitoring, and configuring Azure resources
• Manage secure processes for key generation, storage, and compliance
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
• Automate infrastructure tasks using scripting and configuration management tools
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and QA teams for streamlined deployments
• Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps best practices

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure, including Azure DevOps, Virtual Machines, and Key Vault
• Proficient in version control using Git
• Skilled in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Deep understanding of CI/CD workflows and infrastructure automation
• Solid grasp of security principles and key management practices
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues in distributed environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and secure communication protocols
