Network Operations Support

AWS Infrastructure Services is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all AWS infrastructure. The team ensures the continuous availability of AWS data centers, networking, and storage solutions that power cloud services for customers worldwide.

As a Network Operations Support team member at Amazon Data Services India Private Limited (ADSIPL), you will work in a dynamic environment, assisting with network growth, automation, and scaling of AWS infrastructure. This role requires strong technical skills in data centers, telecom, and fiber optics, along with project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor queues for new requests, changes, and project tasks.
• Plan and implement project tasks following defined processes and standards.
• Follow change management guidelines for project execution.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams, including network engineers, facility, and security teams.
• Stay updated on new technologies, processes, and network designs.
• Maintain compliance with safety and security standards.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Job Description

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• 2+ years of experience in telecom or computer networking.
• 1+ years of experience in enterprise telecom.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of DWDM, fiber optics, IT system hardware, and network concepts.
• Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, BCA, or Diploma.
