MarketStar is seeking a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support its infrastructure and security teams through documentation, collaboration, and process improvement. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in IT infrastructure with a strong focus on accuracy, organization, and collaboration.

• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to create and maintain:

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • IT policies and standards
  • Technical architecture and configuration documents

• Ensure all documentation meets internal quality and clarity standards

• Maintain version control and documentation change logs

• Support internal audits by providing timely and accurate documentation

• Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with SMEs to resolve them

• Drive regular reviews and updates of IT policies and procedures

• Contribute to knowledge management systems

• Support onboarding by ensuring documentation is accessible and up-to-date

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in a relevant role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret technical information for non-technical audiences
• Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn
