Krish Technolabs is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with a strong background in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS), containerization, and system administration. This role involves managing cloud-based environments, streamlining deployments through automation, and maintaining infrastructure performance and security across client environments.

• Manage, maintain, and administer remote servers for clients.
• Resolve technical support queries under managed hosting services.
• Handle server performance tuning, patch management, and system updates.
• Operate and manage helpdesk/ticket systems and client support operations.
• Automate deployment processes for speed and security.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, software, and networking issues.
• Support application deployment, server onboarding, and migrations.
• Mentor IT/network teams and assist in security and compliance efforts.
• Maintain infrastructure health reports and analytics for management.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other security standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Experience with IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of containers and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).
• Solid understanding of AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, ALB).
• Expertise in Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools: Site24x7, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic.
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or similar.
• Source control with Git (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices and tools (OWASP, OpenVAS, Trivy).
• Knowledge of system uptime, backup strategies, and rollback procedures.

Nice to Have

• DevOps-related certifications.
• Experience with GCP or Azure.
• Client communication experience.
• Exposure to secure CI/CD, secrets management, and infra hardening.
• Knowledge of HA infrastructure and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience in optimizing cloud cost and performance.
