Job Description
Help global companies embrace the latest private cloud infrastructure, Linux, cloud native operations, and open source applications. Their team applies expert insights to real-world customer problems, enabling enterprise adoption of Linux Ubuntu, OpenStack, Kubernetes, and associated technologies.
This role involves diverse responsibilities:
- Act as Linux and cloud solutions architects for customers, designing private/public cloud solutions.
- Deploy, test, and hand over solutions to support/managed services teams.
- Develop Kubernetes operators and Linux infrastructure-as-code using Python.
Ideal candidates are developers who enjoy solving customer problems through architecture, presentations, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across the entire Linux stack (kernel, networking, storage, applications).
- Design and deliver open source code in Python.
- Architect cloud solutions (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Ceph, Hadoop, Spark) on-premises or in public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Mentor colleagues and foster a collaborative engineering culture aligned with company values.
- Work remotely with up to 25% global travel for events
Requirements
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or related software engineering expertise.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, GCP, Azure, Ceph).
- Practical experience with Linux and networking.
- Intermediate to Advanced Python programming.
- Soft Skills:
- Dynamic, collaborative, and eager to learn.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- (Optional) Proficiency in a second language.
