IAMOPS is looking for a DevOps Intern to join its R&D team in Surat. This internship is ideal for freshers or final-semester students eager to start a career in cloud and DevOps. The role involves monitoring services, supporting production environments, and assisting with real-time issue resolution across cloud platforms.

• Join the DevOps team as a support representative.
• Provide Tier 1 technical and customer support.
• Manage and monitor service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
• Work on customer-assigned tasks and ensure timely resolution.
• Document technical resolutions for future reference.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.E, B.Tech, MSc (IT), BCA, or MCA.
• Basic understanding of networking and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a global team.
