Job Description
TechBlocks is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5–8 years of experience to join our fast-growing team in Ahmedabad or Hyderabad. Requirements
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD
- Define branching strategies and workflow templates for development teams
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes manifests across GCP environments
- Manage and orchestrate containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, GKE, and Helm
- Secure deployments through secret management using Vault and integrating DevSecOps tools like Trivy, SonarQube, and JFrog
- Monitor infrastructure health and capacity using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and Datadog; define alerting rules
- Drive auto-scaling, self-healing, and resilience strategies in Kubernetes clusters
- Collaborate with engineering leads for deployment readiness and enforce quality gates
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote an automation-first culture
- Document processes, review peer automation scripts, and champion DevOps best practices

- Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
- Security: Vault, Trivy, OWASP concepts
