The company is seeking a highly capable Infrastructure Engineer to support and build scalable infrastructure solutions in its Hyderabad office. This role will focus on cloud automation, CI/CD, virtualization, and infrastructure security as part of Wells Fargo’s mission to modernize its technology landscape.

• Design, build, and integrate infrastructure solutions to support business platforms
• Support end-to-end implementation of infrastructure initiatives and network setup
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Ansible, Terraform, and Packer
• Work with cloud platforms including VMware Aria Suite (vRA, vROPS, vRLI) and Nutanix
• Manage Linux (RHEL) and Windows environments, Active Directory, and virtualization stacks
• Ensure security compliance and resilience through automated monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on architecture and platform optimization
• Drive observability, infrastructure-as-code, and platform scalability

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related technical domain
• Hands-on experience with Cloud Management Platforms (VMware Aria Suite or Nutanix)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Packer
• Working knowledge of GitHub, Jenkins, and DevOps toolchains
• Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, firewall, and storage concepts
• Experience with Windows Server, RHEL, and infrastructure monitoring tools like Splunk
• Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and secure coding practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Harness or similar platforms
• Strong background in SRE principles: automation, reliability, and scalability
• Exposure to rebuild/repave strategies, data protection, and disaster recovery
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure governance and cost optimization
