Amrut Software is hiring Junior DevOps Tools Administrators to manage, monitor, and support essential DevOps toolchains like Jenkins, SonarQube, JFrog Artifactory, Jira, and GitHub Enterprise. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading platforms in a contract role offering long-term stability and growth in a thriving DevOps ecosystem.
Requirements
- Monitor system uptime and health for various DevOps tools
- Manage RBAC and user access across tools
- Perform troubleshooting, log reviews, and backup validations
- Escalate issues to L2/L3 as necessary
- Administer Linux systems and understand basic database concepts
- Check and validate configurations for SSL, AD, SMTP
Tool-Specific Administration:
CloudBees (Jenkins):
- Create and manage folders, jobs, views
- Monitor agents and job queues
- Manage plugins, AD/SMTP integration, GitHub/SonarQube links, and SSL access
SonarQube:
- Create/manage projects, assign quality gates
- Oversee token-based access, CI/GitHub integration, background tasks, and SSL
JFrog Artifactory:
- Manage repositories, permissions, GitHub/CI integration, and SSL
Jira:
- Create projects, modify workflows, sync AD users
- Validate SMTP and GitHub links, ensure SSL
GitHub Enterprise:
- Administer repos, access, webhooks, tokens, SSH keys
- Confirm LDAP/SSO, SMTP, and enforce HTTPS
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years experience in DevOps tool administration
- Strong knowledge of Jenkins, SonarQube, JFrog, Jira, GitHub Enterprise
- Linux OS familiarity and basic DB skills
- Good troubleshooting, escalation, and configuration validation expertise
