Centific, a leading AI data foundry powering the Magnificent Seven and global enterprises, is seeking a skilled Escalation & DevOps Engineer to join our Hyderabad office. As an Escalation & DevOps Engineer, you will be critical in maintaining operational excellence, ensuring strict compliance with EO14117, and supporting advanced security protocols in AI data environments. You will manage incident resolution, automate compliance workflows, and contribute to audit readiness, all while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Efficiently triage and resolve approximately 10 Incident Change Management (ICM) tickets daily, ensuring compliance with EO14117 directives.
• Implement and manage Just-in-Time (JIT) access mechanisms such as Lockbox and oversee USDP clearance processes.
• Enforce Kusto Row-Level Security (RLS) and CoreIdentity Entitlements (BYOE) to maintain strict access controls.
• Develop automation tools to detect policy violations and prevent production footprint in restricted regions.
• Maintain comprehensive audit trails for access requests, Lockbox approvals, and data exception handling.
• Participate in quarterly compliance reviews and prepare detailed documentation for annual audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of EO14117 and related regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Proven experience in incident management and escalation processes.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services, Kusto query language, and CoreIdentity platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and maintain operational transparency.
