Hiring: Engineer – CICD/DevOps | DISH Network | Hyderabad/Bengaluru

DISH Network Technologies India Pvt. Ltd is a tech subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation, driving innovation across consumer wireless, satellite broadcasting, OTT streaming, and 5G. Products include Boost Mobile, DISH TV, Sling TV, and HughesNet. As a cloud-native disruptor, DISH is building America's first standalone O-RAN 5G network.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and automating highly scalable CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure-as-code, and deploying applications using modern cloud-native technologies.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable DevOps infrastructure using best practices.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitOps methodology.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Crossplane, CDK, and Ansible.
• Automate deployments via Argo CD and configuration tools.
• Develop automation scripts in Python and Bash for seamless provisioning.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for smooth deployments on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Maintain containerized applications with Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes.
• Stay current with evolving DevOps tools and propose process improvements.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–7 years in DevOps/Infrastructure roles.

✅ Must-Have Skills

• Strong knowledge of DevOps pipelines, automation, and CI/CD principles.
• Expertise in Terraform, Argo CD, Crossplane, CDK, and Ansible.
• Proficiency in scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS services.
• Understanding of IaC, GitOps, and deployment automation.

💡 Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AWS CodePipeline, Azure, GCP, OCI, or VMware.
• Familiarity with Helm charts and deployment best practices.
• Exposure to observability and monitoring tools.
