About Coffeebeans Consultancy: Coffeebeans Consultancy is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team! You'll work on building distributed systems and payment applications at a population scale. Bring your expertise to manage infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure high system availability
Requirements
- Collaborate with the team to build scalable, distributed systems and payment applications
- Build automation and handle end-to-end deployments
- Standardize and optimize CI/CD practices across the team
- Manage infrastructure, software stacks, and Kubernetes clusters
- Implement observability using Elastic Search, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.
- Manage on-premise setups, BareMetal servers, and software load balancers (Nginx, HAProxy)
- Write shell-based automations, Helm-based deployments, Terraform scripts, Ansible, and ArgoCD pipelines
- Drive adoption of cloud-native application strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong experience managing production systems and Kubernetes clusters (including Storage Orchestrators like Ceph, Longhorn)
- Expertise in monitoring tools (Elastic Search, Kibana, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using ArgoCD, Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
- Proficient in shell scripting and resource optimization within Kubernetes
- Experience with software load balancers (Nginx, HAProxy)
- Strong problem-solving skills and team collaboration
