Amazon India is seeking DevOps Engineers to join the Engineering team in Bengaluru. Requirements
- Provide technical support and event management for Amazon’s merchant-facing systems
- Troubleshoot and debug technical issues, including exceptions, error codes, and performance bottlenecks
- Work with REST APIs, AWS services (including S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Health Metrics)
- Perform database queries to identify and resolve problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high system availability and performance
- Leverage modern scripting languages for automation and issue resolution
Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of software development OR 1+ years of technical support experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or similar
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of technical support experience in an enterprise environment
- Familiarity with AWS services (S3, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Health Metrics)
- Knowledge of REST APIs and database operations
