• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure resources (CPU, memory, disk space) to ensure availability and performance
• Execute ticket triage, investigation, and resolution of incidents
• Participate in 24x7 on-call rotations for critical production systems support
• Optimize infrastructure for a better customer experience
• Manage and perform operating system and application software patches and updates
• Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and outages across the application stack
• Develop automation scripts to proactively resolve common issues using monitoring tools
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to keep systems running smoothly

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 0–2 years of experience in cloud-hosted application support or cloud operations
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Exposure to AI tooling and its applications in cloud monitoring
• Understanding of network protocols and configurations
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
